NBC has created a lush herbal garden consisting of over 500 varieties of medicinal plants including aquatic plants around its state-of-the-art factory, making it a unique facility in the world. Within this facility NBC has established Sri Lanka’s only privately owned Plant Research Centre dedicated to carrying out scientific research on valuable and rare medicinal plants of Sri Lanka.
